Infovista Ltd UK - Data Analyst + AI/ML Application Dev

Mar 2023 - Present

  • Designing and developing an agentic AI framework using LangGraph at the core for agent execution, with a custom layer that adds RAG, context management, agent handoff, tool calling, sandboxing for AI-generated code, and an isolated dashboard server — enabling prompt-driven information retrieval, automated reporting, troubleshooting, and cross-product workflow orchestration. Currently incorporating Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols for third-party agent communication.
  • Built a multi-agent system that analyzes telecom call ladders and raw network packets (PCAP) to detect anomalies and deviations from standard operations across 3G/4G/5G radio signaling — including RRC connections, SIP call flows, and SBC interactions — verifying RFC compliance and saving 20-30% of time previously spent on manual call failure inspection.
  • Delivered a PoC of a chatbot with an agentic framework using LangGraph in a Hackathon that led to productizing the solution and getting the company into the AI race in the telecom landscape.
  • Led the design, development, and integration of data adapters, analytic metrics/KPIs and aggregators on a cloud native* application to consume Google Protocol Buffer SIP stream and provide business insights/reports on STIR/SHAKEN for telecom service providers, generating sales of around $2M in 18 months.
  • Served as Scrum Master (since 2020) and Tech Lead for Solution Packages (Customer offerings) development.

    Developed a data-driven model to forecast the energy consumption of HVAC systems with around 85% accuracy. Models used include Artificial Neural Networks, Support Vector Machines, and Random Forests. The accuracy of short-term and long-term forecast was also compared.     Pursed my master's degree at Politecnico di Milano, Italy with a fully funded scholarship for two and half years. One of my course which dealt with analytic evaluation of building systems, especially heating and cooling got me interested data science, analytics and machine learning to perform energy consumption prediction of AC units in residential buildings. It was this time when I was associated with the Data Optima Lab as a Research assistant.
